is a project of art and philosophy of life.  It is a creation of Architecture QUi53studio based in Florence, Italy and Shanghai.

The sardine ‘CAMBESS’ takes its name from the dialect of Bari in southeast Italy. The meaning of this word is "to live".  CAMBESS represents the inner part of every human being, the irrational and unconventional side that sleeps inside our mind.

In other words, CAMBESS is our SOUL, a little bit crazy, a little bit rebel and a little bit bitter...like a special coffee.
